Sourcing tools cost between $20 and $500 a month in 2026 on public plans, and $7,000 to $73,000 a year on enterprise contracts. Contact-data and outreach tools such as Lusha, Kaspr, Apollo and Waalaxy start around $20–60 per user a month; sourcing platforms such as SeekOut, Juicebox and hireEZ start between $99 and $494 a month; and enterprise contracts at Gem and hireEZ have medians of about $26,000 and $13,000 a year, according to the procurement platform Vendr.
The price on the pricing page is rarely the price you pay. What changes the bill is whether the tool charges per seat, how many contact credits an email or phone number consumes, and whether the contract is annual. This guide compares ten tools on those terms, with prices taken from each vendor's pricing page on 13 October 2026 unless another source is named.
How sourcing tools charge in 2026
Sourcing tools charge in four ways, and most combine two or three of them:
- Per seat: each recruiter who logs in pays a licence. Juicebox, Lusha, Kaspr, Apollo, Waalaxy and LinkedIn Recruiter work this way.
- Flat plan: one price covers a team. HeyTalent includes unlimited users in every plan; SeekOut's entry plan includes three seats.
- Credits: profiles, emails and phone numbers consume credits, and phone numbers usually cost several times more than emails.
- Annual contract: enterprise plans at hireEZ, Gem, SeekOut and Findem are usually annual, often with seat minimums and onboarding fees.
For a team of several recruiters, the pricing model matters more than the headline price, because per-seat costs multiply with every new recruiter while a flat plan does not.

HeyTalent pricing 2026
HeyTalent has three public plans, all with unlimited users, billed quarterly or annually (about 15% less per month on the annual plan), plus custom plans for larger companies. What changes between plans is the number of credits and the number of LinkedIn accounts that can be connected to send messages.
| Plan | Price per month (quarterly / annual billing) | Credits per month (candidate profiles) | LinkedIn accounts included | Best for |
|---|---|---|---|---|
| Recruiter | €109 / €93 ($126 / $107) | 6,000 (up to 2,000) | 1 | Independent headhunters and consultants |
| Agency | €214 / €182 ($245 / $209) | 15,000 (up to 5,000) | 2 | Agencies with up to 4 recruiters |
| Ultra | €599 / €509 ($689 / $585) | 42,000 (up to 14,000) | 3 | Agencies with more than 4 recruiters |
Every plan includes the AI sourcing co-pilot, email and phone lookup, automated outreach and unlimited CSV export. Credits are monthly and work the same in all plans: one candidate profile costs 3 credits, an email 25 credits and a phone number 75 credits. Extra LinkedIn accounts cost €35 ($40) a month each, and buying more than three extra accounts halves their price.
HeyTalent has no free trial. Instead, on request, the team runs a search for one of the prospect's real roles and sends the results, so the tool can be judged on actual candidates rather than a demo account. Emails and phone numbers come from waterfall enrichment across more than 12 data providers, including Lusha, Apollo and People Data Labs.
hireEZ pricing 2026
hireEZ publishes one price: the Solo plan from $494 a month, with a 7-day trial, on its pricing page. Team and enterprise plans are quoted. According to Vendr, the median hireEZ enterprise contract is about $13,000 a year, with a range of $7,000 to $25,000, seat minimums of 5 to 10 and onboarding fees, and contracts are usually annual.
SeekOut pricing 2026
SeekOut's entry plan, Sourcing Core, costs $149 a month billed annually ($1,788 a year) or $179 billed monthly, and includes three seats, 500 contact credits and 1,000 exports a month, with a 14-day trial and no card required. The Sourcing, Sourcing + Integration and Full Funnel plans are quoted per seat, include 750 contacts and 5,000 exports per seat a month, and are billed annually, according to SeekOut's pricing page.
Juicebox pricing 2026
Juicebox (PeopleGPT) has a free plan with limited searches and 5 contacts, a Starter plan at $99–119 per seat a month and a Growth plan at $179–199 per seat a month, depending on billing, according to its pricing page. Starter includes 500 contacts a month without phone numbers; Growth includes 1,500 contact credits per seat, where an email costs 1 credit and a phone number 3. The Business plan is custom, and AI agents are an add-on from $199 per agent a month.
Gem pricing 2026
Gem does not publish prices for its main plans, which are quoted by company size. Its Startup Program costs $130 a month billed yearly, and companies under 30 employees get six months free, according to Gem's pricing page. Vendr reports a median Gem contract of $25,699 a year across 234 purchases, a range of $7,000 to $73,000, seat minimums of 5 to 7 and renewal increases of 3–7%.
LinkedIn Recruiter pricing 2026
LinkedIn no longer publishes Recruiter prices on its own pages. LinkedIn Recruiter Lite costs about $170 a month or $1,680 a year per seat, for up to five seats, with 30 InMails a month, according to 100hires' 2026 comparison. LinkedIn Recruiter (Corporate) is quoted, with third-party contract data putting it at about $9,000–15,000 or more per seat a year and 150 InMails per seat a month.
Neither LinkedIn product includes candidates' emails or phone numbers, which is why many recruiters pair LinkedIn with a contact-data tool or replace it with a sourcing platform. HeyTalent searches without using the recruiter's LinkedIn account and connects it only to send messages, whatever LinkedIn licence the recruiter has.
Contact data tools: Lusha, Kaspr and Apollo pricing
Contact-data tools find emails and phone numbers rather than candidates, and charge per user with credits. In 2026:
- Lusha: free plan with 40 credits a month; Starter $49.90 a month ($37.45 billed annually), Pro $69.90 ($52.45) and Premium $399.90 ($299.95), with an email costing 1 credit and a phone 5.
- Kaspr: free plan; Starter €45–59 and Business €79–99 per user a month, with unlimited B2B emails and 100 or 200 phone numbers a month; extra phone credits cost €0.20–0.35.
- Apollo.io: free plan; Basic $49 a month billed annually ($60 monthly), Professional $79 ($94) and Organization $119 ($149), according to Docket's April 2026 review of Apollo pricing; a phone number costs 8 credits.
Waalaxy, a LinkedIn outreach tool rather than a database, costs €19, €49 or €69 per user a month on its Pro, Advanced and Business plans, with a 14-day trial.
Sourcing tools without an annual contract
The sourcing tools that do not require an annual contract in 2026 are HeyTalent (quarterly billing), SeekOut Core (monthly billing at $179), Juicebox Starter and Growth, Lusha, Apollo's monthly plans, Waalaxy and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite. Enterprise plans at hireEZ, Gem, SeekOut and Findem are usually annual, according to the vendors and Vendr.
A shorter commitment matters most for agencies, whose hiring volume changes with their client portfolio. The trade-off is price: annual billing is about 15% cheaper per month at HeyTalent and about 17% cheaper at SeekOut Core.
Sourcing tools with a free trial or free plan
Juicebox, Lusha, Kaspr and Apollo have free plans with a small number of contacts. SeekOut (14 days), Waalaxy (14 days), hireEZ Solo (7 days) and LinkedIn Recruiter Lite (30 days, card required) offer free trials. Gem gives six months free to companies with fewer than 30 employees.
HeyTalent has no self-serve trial, but runs a test search for a real role on request and sends the results. For agencies, that answers the question a trial is meant to answer: whether the tool finds the candidates you need in your market.
