Under the hood, HeyTalent signs in to LinkedIn on your behalf from a dedicated cloud environment. LinkedIn registers the session as a sign-in from a new device, the same way it would if you logged in from a new laptop or phone, and the activity pattern from that device is completely normal-looking. No browser bot, no scraping behaviour, no signals that look unusual to LinkedIn’s safety systems.

While you’re connecting, you configure exactly how each account behaves: the timezone messages should follow, the days of the week the account is allowed to send, and the time window during the day. That last part is the secret to international recruiting. When you’re sourcing from Spain into a US role, you set the candidate’s timezone, and HeyTalent only sends connection requests and follow-ups during local business hours. Candidates never get a message at 3 a.m. their time.
