Source, enrich and contact candidates
straight from ChatGPT

Connect HeyTalent to ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Grok or whichever assistant you already have open, and just ask. Live LinkedIn profiles, verified contact details, and LinkedIn campaigns whose messages the AI writes and sends for you.

Works with ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity, Grok and Le Chat · Profiles pulled in real time · Verified emails and mobiles · Outreach from your own LinkedIn account

ChatGPT

Profiles in real time

Describe the person you are looking for and get LinkedIn profiles pulled live, not a stale export from someone else's database.

Outreach that builds itself

Ask for a campaign and one gets created: sequence, timings and the messages, written by AI and sent from your own LinkedIn account.

Contact data on demand

Verified work emails and mobile numbers for the profiles you picked, from the same prompt, with credits refunded on every miss.

Agent Mode, inside the app

The same agent is built into HeyTalent as Agent Mode, so you can work from a prompt without leaving the platform or opening a chat app at all.

One MCP server for the whole sourcing workflow: find the people, reach them, and keep the process in one place.

MCP for recruitment

What is an MCP, and why should a recruiter care?

A short explanation before the product tour, for anyone who landed here without knowing either half.

MCP stands for Model Context Protocol. It is an open standard that lets an AI assistant like ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or Grok connect to an external tool and actually operate it, rather than just talking about it. Without an MCP, an assistant can write you a beautiful boolean search and then hand it back for you to run yourself. With one, it runs the search, reads the results and does the next step. The difference between an assistant that drafts and an assistant that does is the entire point of the protocol.

HeyTalent is a sourcing platform built by recruiters: it finds up-to-date candidate profiles, filters them with AI criteria you define, returns verified contact details, and automates LinkedIn outreach from your own account. It also ships a free applicant tracking system on top. The HeyTalent MCP exposes all of that as tools an AI client can call, which means the platform stops being a set of screens you click through and becomes something you can simply ask for.

For a recruiter that changes the shape of the working day. Instead of opening a tab, building a search, exporting a list, uploading it somewhere to be enriched, and then setting up a sequence, you write one instruction in the chat you already have open and the work happens. Sourcing, enrichment and outreach stop being three tools with three logins and become one conversation with results attached.

Real-time sourcing

Ask for the profiles you need. Get them pulled live.

The first thing the MCP gives you: LinkedIn profiles extracted in real time from a plain-language prompt.

Tell the assistant what you are hiring for the way you would tell a colleague: backend engineers in Berlin with Go and Kubernetes, five to ten years of experience, currently at a product company rather than an agency. The MCP turns that into a real search and pulls the matching LinkedIn profiles at that moment. No boolean strings to assemble, no filters to click, no exported CSV that was already out of date when it was generated.

Real time matters more in recruiting than in almost any other data problem. People change jobs, get promoted and move countries constantly, and a candidate database that was accurate last quarter will send you after profiles who left the role you are calling them about. HeyTalent reads profiles as they are now, so the seniority, the current employer and the tenure you are filtering on are the real ones. You can also keep narrowing in the same conversation: ask for the same list but only people who have been in the role at least two years, and the assistant reruns it.

  • Live LinkedIn profile extraction, not a static database export
  • Plain-language search: describe the profile, skip the boolean syntax
  • AI screening criteria you define, applied to every profile in the list
  • Refine and re-filter in the same conversation, without starting over
  • Results land in your HeyTalent projects, ready for the next step

LinkedIn outreach

Campaigns that create themselves, with messages the AI writes

The second thing the MCP gives you: the profiles you just found, contacted on LinkedIn, automatically.

Finding fifty good profiles is only useful if you talk to them. Ask the assistant to reach out and it creates the campaign for you: it decides the sequence, connects the steps and writes the messages. First-degree connections get a direct message, everyone else gets an invitation, and the people who never accept it can be followed up by InMail. Follow-ups are scheduled automatically and stop the moment someone replies.

The messages are written by AI and personalised for each candidate, rather than one template with a name swapped in, which is the difference between an outreach message that gets a reply and one that gets muted. You stay in control of the tone and the angle: tell the assistant to be shorter, warmer, more technical or in another language, and the campaign is rewritten before it sends anything.

Everything goes out from your own LinkedIn account, at human pacing, with sensible daily limits. Replies land in the HeyTalent unified inbox, so a conversation that started as one line in a chat window ends up as a candidate you are actually speaking to.

  • A full outreach sequence created from a single instruction
  • Messages written by AI and personalised for the candidate
  • Direct message to 1st-degree connections, invitation to everyone else
  • Automatic follow-ups that stop as soon as a candidate replies
  • Sent from your own LinkedIn account with safe daily limits
  • Replies in one inbox, whether the account is yours or a colleague's

Contact enrichment

Verified emails and phone numbers, from the same prompt

The third thing the MCP gives you: a way to reach the people you found off LinkedIn as well as on it.

Some candidates answer on LinkedIn. Others need an email, and the good ones usually need a call. Ask the assistant for the contact details of the profiles in your list and the MCP runs them through the same enrichment engine that powers HeyTalent's phone enrichment product: the LinkedIn profile is used as the unique identifier, the numbers are looked up across multiple providers, and we find a number for around 70% of the profiles we are asked about.

The profile URL as the anchor is what makes this reliable. Looking up a phone number by name is a coin flip, because there are thousands of people with the same name and no way to tell which one you just dialled. There is only one LinkedIn URL per person. If we cannot find a number for a profile you pay nothing, and if a number we return turns out to be invalid the credit goes back to you automatically.

  • Verified work emails and mobile numbers on request
  • Anchored to the LinkedIn profile, so no name collisions
  • Looked up across multiple providers, with a hit rate around 70%
  • Credits refunded on misses and on invalid numbers
  • Coverage across more than 180 countries

Campaign reporting

Ask how a campaign is doing, and send your client the answer

Launching the campaign is half of it. Reading it back and reporting on it is the half that keeps a client.

Once a campaign is running you can ask about it in the same conversation that created it. How many people were contacted, how many accepted, how many replied. The MCP reads the campaign back and answers in a sentence instead of sending you to a dashboard, and it can edit the campaign too: change the sequence, adjust the copy, pause it, or add the profiles you sourced this morning.

The part recruiters care about most is what happens next. Those same numbers can be shared with the client the search belongs to, so the weekly "how is it going" email stops being something you assemble by hand. You ask, you get the figures, and the client sees the progress on the role they are paying for.

The free HeyTalent ATS is the next step. Job posts, candidates and pipelines already exist in the platform, and connecting them to the MCP so you can run a whole process from a prompt is what comes after this first version.

  • Ask for the state of any campaign and get a straight answer
  • Contacted, accepted and replied, without opening a dashboard
  • Edit a live campaign: sequence, copy, audience, or pause it
  • Share the numbers with the client the role belongs to
  • ATS actions (job posts, candidates, pipelines) coming next

Agent Mode

Agent Mode: the same agent, already inside HeyTalent

You do not need a chat app to work this way. The agent is built into the platform.

The MCP is how HeyTalent plugs into the assistant you already use. Agent Mode is the other direction: the same capabilities, sitting inside the HeyTalent app, one keystroke from whatever screen you are on. It sees the context you are in, so asking it to enrich this list or write to these five people means the ones on your screen, with no copying of URLs between windows.

Which one you use is a matter of taste and of where your work already happens. Recruiters who live in ChatGPT or Claude connect the MCP and never leave the chat. Recruiters who live in the platform use Agent Mode in the sidebar and never open a chat app. Teams tend to end up doing both, because the account, the credits and the candidate data are shared either way.

  • Agent Mode inside the app, aware of the screen you are on
  • Same actions as the MCP: source, enrich, contact, report
  • No copying profile URLs between tabs
  • Nothing to install for teammates who do not use ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini or any other assistant

Capabilities

What you can ask for

The actions the MCP exposes, grouped the way a recruiting day actually splits.

You never have to learn a tool name or a parameter. You ask in your own words and the client picks the right action, the same way it would decide to use a search engine. The list below is what those actions cover, so you know where the edges are before you connect anything.

Sourcing

  • Search profiles

Pull LinkedIn profiles in real time from a description of the role, the seniority, the location and the stack.

  • Filter with AI

Apply the screening criteria you define to every profile in a list and keep only the ones that pass.

  • Save to a project

Drop the results into a HeyTalent project so the list is there when you go back to the app.

Contact data

  • Find emails

Return verified work emails for the profiles you selected, anchored to the LinkedIn URL.

  • Find phones

Return mobile numbers and direct dials looked up across multiple providers, with credits refunded on misses.

Outreach

  • Create a campaign

Build the sequence, the timings and the audience from one instruction: message, invitation, follow-ups and InMail.

  • Write the messages

Generate the copy personalised for each candidate, in the tone and language you asked for, ready to review.

  • Launch and follow up

Send from your own LinkedIn account and chase automatically until someone replies.

  • Check and edit

Read the numbers of a running campaign, change the sequence or the copy, and pause it.

  • Report to your client

Share contacted, accepted and replied with the client the search belongs to.

ATS

Coming next
  • Job posts

Create and publish a role publicly on your career page, or privately behind a link.

  • Candidates

Look up who applied, read their answers and add the profiles you sourced.

  • Pipelines

Move candidates between stages and ask how a process is going.

Every action runs against your own HeyTalent account, under your plan and your credits. Nothing happens that you could not do yourself in the app.

Setup

Connected in a minute

No engineering work, no API keys to rotate, no plugin to maintain. And if you would rather not touch it at all, we set it up with you.

  1. Step 1

    Create your HeyTalent account

Sign up and pick the plan that matches your sourcing volume. The sourcing credits in that plan are what the MCP spends when you ask for profiles or contact details.

  2. Step 2

    Add HeyTalent to your assistant

Open the connectors settings in ChatGPT, Claude, Perplexity or whichever assistant you use, paste the HeyTalent connection link and approve it. It is the same flow as connecting Gmail or Drive.

  3. Step 3

    Ask for what you need

That is the whole setup. Write your first request the way you would say it out loud, and the assistant picks the right actions, runs them and comes back with real results.

Connection URL

Your personal connection link is in HeyTalent under settings, once the MCP is enabled on your account.

Works with the assistants you already use

ChatGPT

Add HeyTalent as a connector on any paid plan and source, enrich and write to candidates from the chat you already have open.

Claude

Connect it on any plan and let Claude run a whole sourcing workflow end to end, chaining several actions per request.

Perplexity, Grok, Le Chat

All three support connectors on their paid plans, so the same HeyTalent link works there without anything extra.

And whatever comes next

MCP is an open standard, so new assistants keep adding support. Copilot, Cursor and Gemini Enterprise already connect the same way.

Trust and control

Your account, your data, your limits

An agent that can message candidates on your behalf should be easy to reason about. Here is how it works.

The MCP acts as you, inside your own HeyTalent account, and nothing more. It can do what your plan lets you do, it spends the credits you already have, and every action it takes is visible in the app afterwards, so you can see exactly what was searched, enriched or sent. Access is authorised from your account and can be revoked from there at any time, which also cuts off any client you connected.

Outreach is the part that deserves the most care, so it is the most conservative part of the product. Messages go out from your own LinkedIn account at human pacing with daily limits, and the campaign is yours to review before it runs. On the data side, HeyTalent processes B2B contact data under GDPR and CCPA, sourced from public professional profiles, partner agreements and validated contributions, with opt-out and erasure requests handled end to end.

Scoped to your account

The agent can only do what you can do. Same plan, same permissions, same credits.

Revocable in one click

Disconnect the client from HeyTalent and every connected assistant loses access immediately.

Nothing sends silently

Campaigns are yours to review, and every action is traceable in the app after the fact.

GDPR and CCPA

Contact data is processed compliantly, with opt-out and right-to-erasure handled end to end.

Who it is for

Built for the recruiters who are already living in a chat window

Agencies, headhunters, in-house teams and everyone who bills for filling roles.

If you already ask ChatGPT to rewrite your job ads and draft your outreach, this is the missing half: the part where it actually runs the search, finds the number and sends the message. No technical setup, no scripts, nothing to learn beyond asking for what you want. Here is where teams get the most out of it.

Headhunters working solo

One person covering sourcing, outreach and follow-up. The agent absorbs the mechanical half of the day.

Recruitment agencies

Several roles open at once, each with its own list and campaign, driven from one conversation and reported back to each client.

In-house talent teams

Fill a niche role without buying a fourth tool, using the assistant the company already pays for.

RPO and freelancers

Run several clients at once without mixing searches, and send each one the numbers on their own role.

Pricing

The MCP comes with your HeyTalent plan

It is not a separate product with a separate bill.

The MCP and the embedded agent are ways to use HeyTalent, so they run on the plan and the credits you already have. Sourcing profiles and finding contact details spend credits exactly as they do inside the app, at the same rates, and outreach is covered by the LinkedIn accounts included in your plan. Nothing costs more because you asked for it in a chat instead of clicking for it.

Plans start at 109 € a month for an individual recruiter and go up with the volume of profiles you work through, with unlimited team seats on every tier. The applicant tracking system is free on all of them, and stays free even without an active plan.

  • No separate MCP licence and no per-tool fee
  • Sourcing and enrichment spend the credits in your plan, at the same rates
  • Outreach uses the LinkedIn accounts included in your plan
  • Unlimited team seats on every tier
  • The ATS stays free, whatever plan you are on

What the MCP is actually driving

The tools are new. The platform underneath them has been doing this for a while.

It is worth knowing what sits behind the prompt, because that is what determines whether the answers are any good. HeyTalent is a sourcing platform built by recruiters: real-time profile search with AI filtering, a contact enrichment engine that refunds you when it misses, LinkedIn outreach automation that runs from your own account, and a free applicant tracking system to run the process afterwards.

Each of those has its own page if you want the detail. The MCP does not change what they do, it changes how you reach them: from a sentence instead of a screen.

FAQ

Questions about the HeyTalent MCP

What it is, what it can do, what it costs and what it will not do.

It is an MCP server that exposes HeyTalent as tools an AI client can call. MCP (Model Context Protocol) is an open standard for connecting assistants like ChatGPT or Claude to external software. Once connected, you can ask for live LinkedIn profiles, verified emails and phone numbers, LinkedIn outreach campaigns and ATS actions in plain language, and the assistant runs them against your HeyTalent account.

Yes, that is the main use case. You describe the profile you are looking for, the role, the seniority, the location, the stack, and the MCP pulls matching LinkedIn profiles in real time. It is not a canned export from a static database, the profiles are read at the moment you ask, which is what keeps current employer and tenure accurate.

On its own an assistant can write you a search string, suggest job titles and draft a message. It cannot see LinkedIn, it cannot verify a phone number and it cannot send anything. The MCP gives it real tools, so the search actually runs, the contact details are real and validated, and the campaign is really sent from your account.

Any assistant that supports the Model Context Protocol. Today that includes ChatGPT (Plus, Pro, Business and Enterprise), Claude on every plan, Perplexity Pro and Enterprise, Grok on paid accounts, Mistral Le Chat, GitHub Copilot in VS Code, Cursor and Gemini Enterprise. MCP is an open standard and the list keeps growing, so an assistant your team adopts later will work too, without anything changing on our side. The one limitation worth knowing: the free tiers of ChatGPT and Claude do not allow custom connectors, so you need a paid plan on their side.

No, and you do not have to do it alone either. You paste the HeyTalent connection link into your assistant's connector settings and approve it, the same way you would connect Gmail or Drive. There is no code to write, no API key to manage and no plugin to maintain. Every new customer also gets a free onboarding session, and we leave it configured and working with you on that call.

Yes. Ask it to reach out to a list and it creates the campaign: the sequence, the timings and the messages. First-degree connections get a direct message and everyone else gets an invitation, with automatic follow-ups that stop as soon as someone replies. Everything is sent from your own LinkedIn account at human pacing, with daily limits.

The AI writes them and personalises them for each candidate, rather than sending one template with a name swapped in. You describe the sequence you want, a direct message for 1st-degree connections, an invitation for everyone else, follow-ups and an InMail for the ones who never accept, and it writes each step. You can steer the tone, the length, the angle and the language before anything is sent, and you can review the whole campaign first.

Yes. Ask for the contact details of the profiles in your list and the MCP runs them through the same enrichment engine as HeyTalent's phone enrichment product: work emails, mobile numbers and direct dials, anchored to the LinkedIn profile and looked up across multiple providers. We find a number for around 70% of the profiles we are asked about. If we cannot find one you pay nothing, and invalid numbers are refunded automatically.

Profiles are pulled in real time when you ask. That is the difference that matters in recruiting, because people change jobs constantly and a list built last quarter will send you after candidates who have already moved.

Not in this first version, and it is the next thing we are connecting. What the MCP already covers on the tracking side is campaign reporting: ask how a campaign is doing and it comes back with how many people were contacted, accepted and replied, and it can share those numbers with the client the search belongs to. Job posts, candidates and pipelines exist in the free HeyTalent ATS today, and wiring them into the MCP so you can run a whole process from a prompt is what comes next.

Agent Mode is the same set of capabilities, built into the HeyTalent app instead of reached from an external assistant. It knows which screen you are on, so "enrich this list" means the list in front of you. Use whichever fits your habits: the MCP if you live in ChatGPT or Claude, Agent Mode if you live in the platform. Most teams end up using both.

No. It is a way of using HeyTalent, so it runs on your existing plan and credits. Sourcing and enrichment spend credits at the same rates as they do in the app, and outreach uses the LinkedIn accounts included in your plan. There is no separate MCP licence.

Plans start at 109 € a month for an individual recruiter and scale with the volume of profiles you work through, with unlimited team seats on every tier. The applicant tracking system is free even without an active HeyTalent plan, so you can use it whether or not you ever pay us for sourcing.

Outreach is deliberately conservative: messages go out at human pacing, with daily limits, from your own account, and the campaign is yours to review before it runs. We also watch how close your account is getting to LinkedIn's limits and pause your campaigns automatically when it gets near them, which is what keeps accounts out of trouble. This is the same outreach engine recruiters already use in HeyTalent to hire across the UK, the US, Spain, Germany, the Netherlands, South Africa, South Korea and the UAE, among others.

It can only take actions inside your own HeyTalent account, under your plan and your permissions, and every action is traceable in the app afterwards. You can revoke access from your account at any time, which cuts off every client you connected.

Yes. HeyTalent processes B2B contact data under GDPR and CCPA. Data comes from public professional profiles, partner agreements and validated contributions, never scraped personal directories, and opt-out and right-to-erasure requests are handled end to end within statutory timelines.

Then use Agent Mode inside HeyTalent, or the app itself. The MCP is an extra doorway into the platform, not a requirement, and it works the same from Claude, Perplexity, Grok or Le Chat. Everything it does is available on the screens as well.
